OVERVIEW:
Sleeps six owners and
guests in three staterooms, all with ensuite
heads. This vessel has been continuously updated
throughout our ownership. The carpeting
throughout was replaced in 2008. Interior and
exterior varnish was freshened up in early 2008.
All stateroom heads feature designer wallpaper,
marble floors, and Corian countertops with
molded sinks.
The Master stateroom
is aft, via separate stairway from Saloon. It
features centerline queen-size berth with a side
settee. There are two large hanging locker
spaces and ample drawer space, including beneath
the berth. The private head has a shower and
bathtub with a new sliding door on the bathtub.
The Saloon is
finished teak and open to the Galley. The Saloon
features a full size leather sofa, bar stools,
custom barrel swivel chair and wood blinds.
There is a 19” color VCR/TV combo, Yamaha
multi-CD changer with receiver. Forward and
starboard to the galley is a day head with
granite countertop, porcelain undermount sink,
and wood blinds.
The Galley is a
gourmet cook’s dream. Granite counter tops,
trash compactor, stainless steel 2 compartment
undermount sink, Fisher Paykel Dishdrawer, GE
microwave/convection oven, Cirillium cook top,
Amana full size side by side refrigerator, and
tumbled stone backsplash with granite inlays.
The flooring is vinyl.
The Pilothouse
features new mica countertops and a settee.
Access to the Flybridge is aft of the
stair way down which leads to the forward
accommodations. The Forward Guest Stateroom
has twin vee-berths, closet and drawer
storage, plus private head with shower stall.
The Guest Stateroom has twin beds,
upholstered headboards and wonderful storage
space. The head also features a shower stall.
Across the companion way
from the guest stateroom is a work bench and
laundry room which features a new stacked
washer/dryer, new cabinetry, new Corian
countertop and space galore for tools and all
the extras you need for extended cruising.
Moving aft from here is the door to the full
height engine room.
The Aft Deck is open with a
wicker sofa and Sunbrella cushions. A fold out
table seats 6 and there are two waterproof
speakers. The cockpit provides access to a 60”

Remarks
58 LRC’s are true Little Ships. This vessel was
completely upgraded in 1999/2000 and has been
well maintained since. It is one of the few late
model LRC’s that has 671 engines, a bow
thruster, and is stabilized. We also have a 70’
slip in a gated marina in Palm Beach Gardens
that we would also sell. |
