2005 Hatteras LRC Baltimore Rendezvous

Location: Baltimore Inner Harbor East Marina
Dates: Thursday 5/19, Friday 5/20, Saturday 5/21, with departure on Sunday

Baltimore Inner Harbor East Marina:
We have reserved 10 slips together on the outer dock of the marina for the attending LRCs.
We need to know who may be attending with their LRC. The Marina wants a deposit. Please contact Sharon or myself if you think you may bring your boat. fredshar@friend.ly.net.
At this time we are anticipating a rate of $1.85 per foot per day. Longer stays will be possible. For reservations or questions, Capt . William Flohr of Baltimore Harbor East Marina may be reached at (410) 625-1700. Be sure to tell him you are part of the Hatteras LRC Rendezvous.
Hotel Sleeping Rooms: Call Sharon Kirsch room blocks are only available for a few more days until 4-19.

Meeting adjourns at Noon with a Group photo

2:00–Science Center Titantic Exhibit (tickets provided) for those interested or do any of the hundreds of other Balto. activities.
Evening: Be sure to see the hot air balloons around the harbor and the fireworks at 9PM
Dinner on own–reservations strongly suggested if not eating on the street.
Sat. May 21st
8:30–Breakfast on the dock & water taxi tickets distributed
10:00– 11:30 Ride the Ducks amphibious tour
Noon: Lunch on own & siteseeing
4:00-6:00–Boat visitation
7:00: Group Dinner provided in Little Italy at Chiapparelli’s Restaurant
There are baseball games, museums, National aquarium, ghost walks, street
performers, boat rides, historic tours, Preakness hoopla, sports activities, and
many more entertainment options. Come & enjoy Baltimore!!
**Playpen’s dock on the Wye River is open for guests before or after the
rendezvous. We love company! Give Fred or Sharon Kirsch a call 410-827-6548 or
410-490-8127. We’re about 6 LRC hours from Baltimore.**
